Helpful Information and Resources

Therapy can feel like a big step into an unknown journey, that we might not be ready for. We might still be curious about the different techniques used and want to start to get an idea of how therapy could look. If this is you, then you've come to the right place. I've pulled together resources and information that I use with clients, that are evidence based and you can use at home.
